1. In faith, admit there is an eternal God who created all things and desires to be close to you for all eternity.
Hebrews 11:6 And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to Him must believe that He exists and that He rewards those who earnestly seek Him. NIV

Draw close to God by confessing your sin of unbelief and accept God’s forgiveness through His Son Jesus Christ.
1John 1:8 If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness. NIV
1Peter 3:18a For Christ died for sins once for all, the righteous for the unrighteous, to bring you to God. NIV
John 3:16 For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life. NIV

Accept the gift of eternal life by believing in Jesus’ death for your sins and His resurrection from the dead.
Romans 10:9-10
That if you confess with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved.
